Nega Series/Edit's

 
My first char of 2009. Ryo encountered Nega Joe a year after Sagat was 
defeated by him. He saw Joe walking away from a completly destroyed 
village. Seeing the chaos he caused, Ryo was enraged and attempted to
defeat Joe. It appeared as if he defeated him untill Joe used his nega
power to reginerate as well as become twice as powerful. The fight then
appeared to end in stalemate, but Joe then suprised ryo with his Shun Goku 
Taifuu. The battle was over. Ryo awoke several days later and noticed
his skin was pale and his eyes red. He also learned that he was losing 
control of his own body. With that in mind he chases after Joe for 
revenge and hope that it will stop this diety from taking his body 
completly. Upon finding Joe, he went blind with rage to destroy him. 
However, Boss Sagat instantly appeared as Joe teleported away. He
then fights Boss Sagat only to be defeated. Boss Sagat knocks him 
unconsious. He awoke two days later to discover the virus was spreading
far more out of control than he thought. With that in mind his quest
continued.A while later, he ran into Reject #253. Who challenged him
to see his power. Ryo attempted to make quick work of him by channeling
the virus. However, this was a ploy by Reject #253. He was only looking
for more power. After seeing this he performed his Kawariyaku Shun Goku 
Satsu. Where he both aquired the virus and killed Ryo. He is made for 1.0
only.

  













































 
Nega Joe which is my fourth char was originally going to be my next 
CvS2 char, but i decided to make a edit instead. He is technically 
my first original work. His AI is challenging but not impossible. now I 
could go on all day about his attributes but i'll let you see for your self.

On a serious note, an omnipresent force known as the Nega Virus found Joe as
his host. Before Joe knew it, he had lost all control of his body and his mind 
was esentually locked up within it self. A year later he found him self infront 
of Sagat. After a somewhat one sided battle it appeared as if Sagat had beat Joe. 
However Joe played possum to draw Sagat closer, he then used Shun Goku Taifuu and 
obliterated him. Joe left Sagat to die Howver Sagat was not dead, for now he too 
was infected with the virus. Joe had no idea it could spread it self in that fashion. 
After another year had passed, Joe was challenged by Ryo. Who was attempting to free 
Joe of his affliction. The result was the same as last time and Ryo too would be infected. 
After some months the Virus was noticing how its host was slowly dieing from the lack of 
nutrition, for it never ate anything. It decided to find a new host instead of infecting 
another person. Unfortunetly this would never happen for Sagat returned in his infected state 
to defeat Joe. Sagat,unlike Ryo and Joe, had complete control over his body in that form and only 
used it for raw power, Joe was beaten to a pulp then promptly killed. 






















 
Here is his story:

It all started when Nega Joe met Sagat. After barely beating him joe 
decided to try to kill him by using his Raging Typhoon. It should have 
worked but instead it cursed Sagat with his evil powers. Now I give you
 the result, Boss Sagat. Sagat now roams this planet to find Joe. He 
wants more power, and taking it from Joe is the only answer.

Now for the record, his HP regenerate will only generate 40% of his hp
 then stop. its not continuous nor has it ever been.


 

 

This classic villan returns in his full power(Shin) form. He has all his attacks from
cvs2 as well as Street Fighter Ex2+, he was known as Bison II in that game. one of his features is.

100% Shin mode(based of of Bison II from Street Fighter Ex2+) = see config.txt to activate it

Shin vega only uses 50% of his abilities unless you unlock the rest by setting var(58) to 1

once in that mode you get the following:
use of all lvl 3's regardless of what power you have
the higher attack strength
use of all versions of Psycho cannon
loss of the ability to parry
loss of the ability to counter
loss of the ability to dodge
loss of the ability to roll
allowed to use recovery warp

Warning in this form the AI is a tad bit cheap.
